Using
pure 99% alumina powder as raw material, combined with modern advanced firing technology, we specialize in the production of
small alumina ceramic crucibles for thermal analysis, ensuring that the product has the following four characteristics in use, so as to better meet the needs of various thermal analysis experiments.
1. High thermal conductivity: The heat transfer speed between the sample and the crucible is fast to ensure that there is a very small temperature difference between the two and the temperature distribution is uniform.
2. Stable structural performance: High-purity powder combined with a precisely controlled high-temperature sintering process forms a dense and uniform microcrystalline structure, ensuring that there are no protrusions during use and that physical and chemical reactions with the analyzed samples are not easy to occur.
3. Ultra-high temperature stability: wide operating temperature range, the maximum operating temperature can reach 1750 degrees.
4. High reusability: washed with water or 10% hydrochloric acid and dried, it can be used repeatedly without affecting the experimental results.
Cleaning of thermal analysis crucible:
First, soak the used crucible in 10% hydrochloric acid solution. For carbon deposits caused by organic compound samples, you can use an alcohol lamp to burn off the carbon deposits. If carbon deposits and metal oxides exist at the same time, you can first burn the crucible over an alcohol lamp. When it gets cooled down, then soak it in 10% hydrochloric acid. After soaking for several hours, pour it out, add distilled water, pour it out again until it is close to neutral state. Next, blow it with a washing bottle several times, and then dry it in an infrared oven.
