1. Pump head; The pump head is mainly composed of cylinder liner, cylinder head sleeve, cylinder head, piston, pull rod, steel ball, valve seat, valve cover and other parts. It is a bottom in and top out type, and the pull rod drives the piston to move back and forth to control the opening and closing of the steel ball and valve seat for suction and discharge operations.
2. Three cylinder; Three cylinders have a common suction and drainage chamber. Install a waist shaped flange on one side of the suction chamber to connect the suction hose (3-inch pressure resistant rubber hose) and the water filter. On one side of the drainage chamber, an air chamber is installed with a waist shaped flange, and on the other side, a 32 valve (for easy cleaning and unloading) is installed. The inlet pipe joint and air chamber can be swapped 180 degrees on the left or right side of the pump according to the on-site layout.
3. Pistons; The piston is installed on the piston seat for easy disassembly. When the piston wears out, it can be adjusted by M30 × 1.5 flat nuts are used to push the piston compression plate to compress the piston, allowing it to expand and continue working. One end of the pull rod is connected to the crosshead and the other end is connected to the piston seat, and an oil cup is provided for lubrication.
4. Pump body; The pump body is a sealed gearbox, mainly composed of an input shaft, intermediate shaft, variable speed shaft, gears, and other variable speed mechanisms.
5. Crank connecting rod mechanism; The gear shift and clutch control mechanism consists of three parts: a gear lever, a gear lever, a fan gear, and a clutch lever.
