RPET Regeneration Environmentally Friendly Fabrics
Chaodai collects recycled plastic bottles from Chinese mainland and Oceans. When these bottles reach our factory , we're starting to turn waste into fabrics.
A flotation and separation process remove bottle's caps and labels , as these caps and labels are different characteristic plastic.Crushing bottles into tiny flakes.Tiny flakes will be melted and polymerized Cut into chips and stable fibers.Chips and stable fibers can be spun intoyarns , yarns will be woven or knitted intovarious recycled fabrics.Chaodai not only produce 100% RPET fabrics but also combine recycled polyester with other material ,such as cotton , virgin polyester.

Our factory has more than 100 sets of Toyota air-jet looms imported from Japan,3 sets of Toyota sizing machines,more than 300 sets of water-jet looms, 14 sets of 288 warp knitting machines, 40 sets of knitting circular machines,25 sets of German KS high-speed warp knitting machines, Taiwan-made pilling machines, shearing machines, carding machines. sizing machines and other supporting equipment in one. It is easy and fast to produce and process. and the quality is stable and the products are widely applicable.
