Put the roll of packaging material(PVC,PVC/PE)into the molding area through the clamping mechanism.→Preheat the mold→Heat the

The entire row of filled suppository are put into the cooling box. The outside of the cooling box is equipped with chillers. The cooling air cools the suppositories in the cooling box through the condenser in the cooling box.

The cooled suppository which is in solid form enters the sealing area:Preheating mold(preheating)→Sealing mold(sealing)→Coding mold(batch number)→Hobs(trim on top)→Count and cut

2. The equipment uses PLC programmable control and man-machine interface operation. It is easy to operate and adjust and it has accurate temperature control and smooth operation.
3. Temperature sensor and microcomputer control system can achieve high precision thermostatic control.

The liquid storage tank is made of 316L stainless steel with appropriate volume, insulation and heating function, which can control temperature accurately; The liquid storage tank has a mixing device to ensure the uniformity of the liquid in the tank;The tank is connected to the filling mechanism through the pipeline. The liquid with drug which is maintained in a needed temperature is circuiting to ensure the fluidity of the liquid and meet the filling demand.
5. The use of plug-in linear perfusion mechanism ensures positioning accuracy, no drops, no drops on wall; Single grain
measurement is 0.5-5ml. Filling error is ± 2%.
6. Continuous cooling molding will make sure that the suppository can be fully cooled and can achieve liquid-solid conversion.
7. Continuous tape and sealing. The batch number will be printed during the sealing process. The product should be sealed intactly and neatly. It’s yield is no less than 98%.

Suppository Production Line Filling:
Embedded filling can achieve one-time filling of the molded suppository with a filling accuracy of ± 2%.The filling bucket has an electric heating and heating preservation system. A stirring motor is on the top of it which can make the drug in a uniform state. The drug in the bucket will enter into the filling head through a high-precision filling pump. After the filling, the remaining drug is circulated through the other end to the raw material bucket and then used in the next filling.
