A1: Yes. Violet Hair was certificate by Chinese Hair Inspection Center. It is full cuticle aligned hair without any chemical. It is 100% original raw unprocessed virgin human hair.

A3: It depends on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take very good care of it can last for over 1 year.
Q4, Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?
A4: It may happen if the hair is too dry. Please make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better.
Q5, Can they be dyed or bleached?
A5:Yes. All the hair can be dyed and bleached to the color you want except #613, but you need to do it professionally to get the color without damage the hair. Please do not dye or bleach the hair frequently.
Q6, Why the hair has gray hair?
A6: As virginhair, we keep its original state. We pick out the gray hair before packing, but please kindly understand there might be some minimum exist in the bundle.

A7: 12"-14": 2 bundles
16"-20": 3 bundles
22"-28": 4 bundles or more

A8: All returns will be considered on a case by case basis. All hair must be in the
