Mud pump spare part valve assembly
The valve assembly consists of the valve and valve seat. Valve and valve seat are made of one-piece premium forged alloy steel, and follow the manufacturing process specification directly to assure the good finish, accurate size. With the advanced heat treatment it features high ductility, high strength and the surface hardness is up to HRC58.The seal of valve body is made of polyurethane or synthetic rubber and has high wear resistance and long service life. It can be removed and replaced easily.
