Light weight Ultra High Molecular Weight UHMWPE Polyethylene fibers 


Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene fiber is the third generation of high-performance fibers, following carbon fibers and aramid fibers. It is currently the fiber with the highest specific strength and  performance among industrialized fiber materials. It has excellent properties such as ultra-high strength, ultra-high modulus, low density, wear resistance, low temperature resistance, UV resistance, shielding resistance, good flexibility, high impact energy absorption, and resistance to strong acids, alkalis, chemical corrosion, etc, It is widely used in marine industry, safety protection, sports equipment and other fields. In the field of construction, ultra-high strength polyethylene (UHMWPE) fibers have several times the strength of ordinary polypropylene fibers and polyethylene fibers. They can be used in other high-performance concrete such as ECC and UHPC, as well as in the production of lightweight and high-strength building materials and concrete components, to improve the strength and durability of concrete.
