Battery Basic Information
Sunstone OPG Series 2V batteries are valve regulated lead acid battery that adopts immobilized GEL and Tubular Plate technology for high reliability and performance. The battery is designed and manufactured according to DIN standards and with die-casting positive grid and patent formula of active material. Sunstone OPG series exceeds DIN standard values with more than 25 years floating design life at 25℃ and is even more suitable for cyclic use under extrem operating conditions.
All the acid inside the battery is suspended in a formulated non-woven glass mat separator and it is absorbed in the manner. This construction ensure leakproof during normal operation. There is no need to check or add water or any other specific gravity during the whole service life of the batteries, completely Maintenance Free .The grids are made by heavy duty lead calcium tin alloy. This provides: Safety margin of performance condition, Excellent recovery capacity from deep discharge, Extra service life in either cycle or float application, Low self-discharge when it is not in working.

Our factories (both plates factory & assembling factory) locate in Kunming City, Yunnan P.R. China. Since Yunnan P.R. is one of main lead supply areas, we have good advantages of quality control, delivery control and cost control. So far we are the only one factory who gets pollution control permission from government in Yunnan P.R.
Beside of this, we set up our Germany company in Frankfurt since 2017 and Indonesia company in Jakarta since end of 2018. We have our own warehouse in both these two countries. It gives fast delivery and stock supporting to European and Southeast Asian markets.

2. Price term: FOB Shenzhen port.
3. The customer is responsible for any tax or bank charges by their countries.
Packaging & Shipping
1. By sea, by air shipping, by car or train, other good shipping ways also welcomed.
2. We will send products in 25-60 days after the bank receipt.(Different battery series different lead time)
3. A tracking number and photos of products will send by email after arrange shipped.
Notice
1. Don’t near the hot source and don’t under the sunshine.
2. Don’t charge in the sealed container.
3. No short circuit. It should be the additional charge if you don’t use, and a single charge per three months, to avoid
irreversible sulfating. The battery should be changed when the battery jar is broken or the electrolyte omitted, to avoid acid
corrosion.
4. Don’t store in the space of acid gas.
5. You should be careful and regular check when using the battery. To avoid the battery don’t work. You should change the battery if the capacity is not full or has been damaged, especially after one year using.
6. Don’t put the battery in the fire, or it will explode.
7. Please use cotton cloth to clean, if the battery is broken down and leak electrolyte. Please wash your skin when touch the electrolyte.
8. Don’t clean the battery by using the organic solution. (e.g. petrol)
