Q1: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A1: We are a professional printing & paper manufacturer that is based in the Huizhou City of Guangdong province. You can see the video of our AOYU factory view on this page. You are always welcome to visit our factory. We have our own production facilities and our own production line. What's more, we have an excellent team consisting of quality team, designer group, management team and experienced workers, etc.
Q2: Can you make a card with custom specifications?
A2: Yes, we do both OEM and ODM. We have strong R&D capability and experienced engineers to provide new product development and service for our customers.
Q3: What is your warranty service?
A3: We will do strict test before shipping and guarantee all the goods’ quality. If the goods have quality problem, you can send us pictures or video clips as a proof, we will solve the problems as soon as we can. Our warranty is 12 months after you received the goods without man made reasons.
Q4: What is your order quantity and production lead time?
A4: For most of the projects, we don’t have stock in our warehouse, AOYU studio only produce printing according to customer design needs (or assist customer design), so our starting order quantity is 500 and we will be able to deliver to you quickly within 30 days, it will depend on the quantity of your order. Normally, our samples will be able to be sent out within 7 days.
Q5: Can you do custom design and logo on the product/package?
A5: As a professional factory, we welcome custom design and also accept low MOQ custom logo. Please send us your design and our team of engineers will work closely with you.
Q6: Can you provide me with high quality pictures and videos?
A6: If needed, our factory can provide high quality original pictures and videos to you.
Q7: How to confirm the payment?
A7: We accept payment by T/T, PayPal, Trade Assurance, Western Union, the other payment ways also could be accepted, please contact us before you pay by the other payment ways.
Q8: How about the delivery and shipment?
A8: We will find out the BEST logistics solutions for you since we are working with reliable shipping companies: DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT/EMS/ARAMEX; we are flexible to ship out the goods to your shipping forwarder in China if requested.
