Excimer laser gas
Excimer laser gas is high pressure filled gas, and it should be used after decompression and decompression. The packaged gas cylinder has a service life, and the expired gas cylinder must be sent to a department for safety inspection before it can continue to be used. When each bottle of gas is used to exhaust gas, the residual pressure in the bottle should be kept at 0.5MPa, and the minimum residual pressure should not be lower than 0.25MPa, and the bottle valve should be closed to ensure the quality of the gas and the safety of use.

Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat. The temperature of the reservoir should not exceed 30℃. again and not release the faulty product to ex work. At last, we will supply you the gas testing qualified report .
