1) Mechanical structure: the V - shaped frame structure welded by the steel plate is fixed

Loading Car
1) Structure: the whole body is divided into two parts, the upper part of the support by the hydraulic cylinder up-down control, four guide columns can effectively control the load of the steel after balance, lower part of the car body moving through the motor drive, walk with towline and telescopic protective plate;
2)Operation function: the loading trolley adjusts the position of the car and the height of the steel coil to keep the center of the coil center from the center of the uncoiler, until the shaft of the coiling machine is inserted into the inner hole of the steel coil to receive the steel coil.

Double Conenhead Uncoiler
1.Structure : It is composed by the heavy body, Mandrel, heavy type slider seat, power system and braking device.
2.Operating function : This machine is the equipment for placing the coil . when placing the coil , the coil is sent to the center of the mandrel of the uncoiler by the feeding trolley . and the sliding cylinder started to receive the coiler. the decoiler driving by electric motor . the spindle is supported by heavy-duty bearings, and the pneumatic disc brake is installed at the rear of the spindle. which can prevent the inertial rotation of the coiled material .
Gantry type straightening Head device & Peer.
(1) Operation function:Feeding device operation in uncoiler feeding, will introduce the coil head to the next unit. The press
roller is extended to press the steel coil through the hydraulic cylinder to prevent the coil from loosening and facilitate the
operator to remove the packing belt safely.
(2) The mechanical structure: it is made up of Gantry frame, telescopic shovel plate, driving pressure roller, straight head
roller and hydraulic mechanism. The surface of the power roller is covered by polyurethane, driven by the large torque motor, and assisted by the uncoiler to rotate and feed. When the production line is running normally, the roller is lifted. Material guide shovel head through the cylinder adjust upward to the appropriate position, in the role of hydraulic cylinder extending to coil at the head of the shovel into the guide, head forward delivery. Head through the material guide plate, straight head roller driven by the cylinder under pressure, the pressure will bend head straight, the coil head into the pinch roll;
