WZ series refractory gunning machine
Electric refractory gunning machine is specially designed for refractory material spraying, output is from 1m3/h to 9m3/h, driven by electric motor, with ABB frequency converter, flow could be adjustable according to needs. And it also equipped with booster water pump and pre-dampening refractory nozzle to ensure you could use the machine when get it.

2. Automatically clean delivery line blockage; PLC+VFD+Air Pressure Sensor.
3. Sector hole rotor reduces the friction area, reduces the rotor speed, and improves the work life of the rubber sealing plate.
4. The combination of gunning machine and high-pressure water pump, it is easy to move.
5. Add an automatic lubricator to the rubber seal plate to make the work life of worn parts longer.

Pre-dampening Nozzle
High-pressure water pump is used for providing high-pressure water for a new type of pre-dampening nozzle assy. There is one water ring in the nozzle assy, high-pressure water go through water ring small hole and atomize. If so, water could be mixed even with materials, achieving the best spraying effect.
ABB frequency converter is used for adjusting motor speed, and further controlling output of refractory gunite machine. When the machine begins to work, small output could effectively avoid blocks because of larger output.

Pre-dampening nozzle reduces the amount of water added and improves refractory compactness and strength. It also achieves low rebound and low dust.
