Nickel Alloy Pipe Tubes
Nickel alloy tube is an alloy tube material with nickel as its main component, usually containing other elements to improve its performance and corrosion resistance. Nickel alloy tubes perform well in environments with high temperature, corrosion and strength requirements, so they are widely used in many industrial fields. Here are some common nickel alloy pipe materials:
1.Monel: Contains large amounts of nickel and copper, but also small amounts of iron, manganese, carbon and silicon. It has good corrosion resistance, especially suitable for seawater and acidic environment.
2.Inconel: Contains nickel and chromium, and small amounts of iron, cobalt, molybdenum, copper, manganese, carbon, silicon, aluminum, titanium, zirconium, and niobium. Inconal alloys perform well in high temperature and corrosive environments.
3.Hastelloy: Contains nickel and molybdenum, as well as small amounts of chromium, iron, cobalt, manganese, silicon, copper, titanium, zirconium, aluminum and carbon. Hastelloy alloys are highly resistant to corrosion and oxidation.
