1) Seller will send engineer (Chinese speaking, buyer prepare translator) to service in site, all cost in buyer’s account (the machine quotation does not include this cost), including all transportation cost between China and buyer factory (two way), visa and insurance cost, hotel and eating responsible by buyer, and extra labor salary.2) If travel abroad is impossible, then we will send you videos for installation and operation, and supply online guide from WeChat/WhatsApp, some of our customers work the machines properly through this way. We have English videos for almost every machine, videos about the installation steps, operation steps, maintenance steps, most our customer use the machine succeed base on our videos.
