The sardines were made into "Tsukudani" using the traditional candied Kanro-ni boiling method over three days. This is a special version of NO MSG that does not use chemical seasonings. Tsukudani, a traditional Japanese food, is easy to eat and allows you to enjoy the taste of Japanese food. Perfect to accompany rice or as a snack with alcohol.
