PISTON ROCK SPLITTER
Piston rock splitter is a new type of rock-breaking equipment. Its design is inspired by our common hydraulic jack. Using a piston rock splitter requires a larger hole diameter than a hand-held rock splitter (typically 90mm, 110mm, 130mm, 150mm, 180mm, or over 220mm).
In many large rock- breaking construction sites, such as road construction or building foundation sites, it is difficult for a handheld wedge rock splitter to meet a large number of rock removal requirements. So using a piston rock splitter is
the best way. Piston rock splitters are more powerful and efficient than handheld wedge rock splitters. It is fully

First, drill a hole of suitable depth and diameter, then insert the piston splitting rod
into the hole and align it to determine the
direction of splitting. The ultra-high pressure
oil output by the hydraulic power unit drives
the piston of the piston splitting rod to
generate a huge driving force, pushing the
piston outward, and the pressure is instantly
super high, reaching more than 100Mpa. The

A1: Generally the drill hole size range from 95mm-200mm and applicable drill depth range from 1-2meters
Q2: Can I use the piston splitter for areas where blasting method is not allowed？
A2: Yes, our piston splitter features less vibration, shock wave, low-noise, dust, flying debris, etc. during operation.Whether in densely populated areas or indoors, it can operate without interference.
Q3: How about the safety of this type of piston splitter？
Compared with traditional blasting with the use of detonator and explosives, impact demolition or rock drilling equipment, the piston splitting method is safer and requires less complicated precautions.
Q4: What about your delivery period?
It depends on the quantity, we have plenty stock available due it is fast moving these days. so 5-10 days maximum.
Q5: Can you supply spare parts with the machine？
We are giving common wearable spares like O-ring and seals. For extra parts like plunger and 120MPA switch valve, we are giving on very best price.
Q6: How long are the hydraulic hoses equiped with the machine?
First, you need select how many piston splitters 1-6 pcs, the hose comprise the main hose and subhose, the length shall be decided by the site conditions. Normally, 10mx2 for the main hose, 5meter for each splitter unit.
