Q1:Are you factory or trading company?
A:We are factory.

Q2: Do your products have certifications?
A:Yes, ALUFRONT products have been tested and certified with AAMA standard for US market and AS2047 standard for Australian market.

Q3:What is the warranty for your products?
A:ALUFRONT has guarantee of SEVEN to THIRTY years warranty against surface finishing, SEVEN TO TEN years for hardware and workmanship and, or as per the Building Code. 

Q4:Can your company install windows for us?
A:Yes, we have the team that will provide installation service for you.

Q5:How long will it take to make my order?
A:Normally it will take 20-25 days for standard color (Powder coating Black & white), 45 days for Non-standard color.

Q6:How will you do the packing my windows?
A:We use steel stillage to pack windows and doors. Based on our experience, that is the best way to protect your windows from any damage.

Q7:What is the certifications of glass you supplied?
A:We are able to supply the glass with Australian standard, US standard & UK standard. All the glass will be printed with the standard and certification logo on the surface of the glass supplied.
