We totally have model ZJ-217, ZJ-416, ZJ-516, HE-202, HE-217-T, ZJ-316D, ZJ-816 fabric pleating machine (smocking pleater machine).
►ZJ-217 (smocking pleater machine) is the most functional machine and possible to equipped with computer and pneumatic system, and it is fixed with the most knife types.
To produce bamboo leaf pattern, box pleat pattern, side pleat pattern, wave pleat pattern individually, users just need change knife to achieve it.
►ZJ-316D (smocking pleater machine) knife moves leftwards and rightwards. And, knife is custom made
►ZJ-416 (smocking pleater machine) pleats single vertical pattern, which is called by toothpick pleat. It is fixed with only steel belt and steel comb.
►ZJ-516 (smocking pleater machine) pleats accordion but is merely applicable for sun-ray fabric piece / panel.
►HE-202 pinch pleating machine
►HE-217-T jacquard machine
►ZJ-816 (smocking pleater machine) isn't so prevalent like the above models, it is kind of shrinking pleating. Its feature is Roller type decides pleat pattern. Please vide our product ZJ-816 machine separately.
