Important Ordering Information
The annual production quantity of takana mustard greens is decided in July, before cultivation begins.
We ask that orders exceeding 250 cases per year be placed by July of the previous year.
Orders less than 250 cases are accepted at any time and will be produced and shipped on an ongoing basis.




Product Features
We produce our takana mustard leaves as quickly and carefully as possible to preserve their crisp taste and vibrant green color. The product is lightly salted and mildly seasoned, accentuating the flavor of the ingredients. In a sushi shop display, where the stark black of nori usually prevails, adding a few rolls made with these green sheets can provide a striking splash of green, elevating the overall appeal of the presentation.
