Additional functions: no material detection, extrusion detection, detection by using height difference. For product crushing, abnormal material thickness, parts overlap, scrap in the mold and other difficult visual detection during automatic pressing of high-speed punch, the detector automatically detects, and timely stops to protect the machinery and mold, prevent the mold from being damaged, effectively improve product quality and quality.

1. Higher sensitivity:The accuracy of the sensor signal processing circuit has been improved. The maximum processing resolution has been developed to be 0.l um.Minute displacement at the bottom dead center can be detected.
2. Displacement check with digital display and micron-indicator:The displacement is displayed simultaneously both with the digital display having high reading accuracy and the micron-indicator easy to check the ondition. This enables an easy-check of the operation conditions of the detector.
3. Displayed gap for sensor installation:The distance between the sensor head and a target is displayed at the time of installing the sensor. Without the use of the gap gauge, the sensor can be installed accurately.
4. Flexible adjustment of the sensor cable length:The cable compensation function enables fine adjustment of the cable length onsite. The cable length can be freely set for each channel.
5. Developed detection timing:The external timing is produced from 2 inputs and the internal timing is from each channel. If the internal angle timing is used, the equivalent detection with the external timing can be achieved without an external cam.
6. Effective timing test:The timing test can detect out of control conditions such as unusal installation of the sensor and improper operation of the external cam.
7. ES : add 2 channels for detecting error carrying. Could choose to detect missing material or material jammed.
8. Mean value and absolute value can be selected.
9. This product can be chosen to set up in effective or ineffective.
10. SP: Displays when speed is abnormal and machine stops. Other reasons: upper or lower iron blocks drop out suddenly.
11. Option available for detection in advance: using soft material (copper) under 0.5mm, could detect abnormal before slug pressed.
