- Wear sugical goves, slet the roll of proper size. Apply stockinet or protective padding over the afected body part.
- Open the package, immerse the roll of cast in rom temperature water (21℃-24℃) for 4-6 seconds, and squeeze 2-3 times to complete penetration of water into the roll, take it out end squeeze water off.
- Wrap cast spirally, overlapping the previous layer by one-half or two-thirds the width of the roll. Keep the proper tension and take care to avoid excessive tightness. Excessive looseness will reduce the adhesion between layers, excessive tightness will affect the blood circulation of injured parts.
- Smooth and rub the surface to achieve good contact between layers Finish the whole operation in 3-5 minutes.
