Q1: Why Reverse Osmosis drinking water system is the best choice for drinking water system?
A1: Reverse Osmosis system is the most popular drinking water filtration technology, as the RO membrane has the filtration preciseness of 0.0001 micron, which can effectively get rid of bacteria, virus, heavy metals and other contaminants from drinking water, it is the safest water filtration technology to get safe drinking water.
Q2: If I want to have mineral water or alkaline water, how can I do to get it?
A2: By adding post inline filter of mineral cartridge or mild alkaline cartridge can change the pH and the water quality from the RO water, we can provide more diversified options of water filters.
Q3: If I am located in the hard water area, do I need to have a water softener before teh RO system?
A3: If you are located at the high water hardness area, water softener or resin water filter is avaliable for making the right

A4: Yes, the regular RO system requires a 20psi feed water pressure, which we use RO boost pump for the RO system. If you are located in Rural area or with zero pressure feed water supply, we can replace the RO boost pump into self-priming pump for the RO system. If you have a more sufficient feed water supply higher than 40psi, we can provide you pumpless RO system.
Q5: What type of RO system is available in terms of the external structure?
A5: Classical 5-stages undersink RO system, cabineted countertop RO system, commercial RO system, and RO system with private molded cabinet is avaliable, ODM RO system is welcome.
Q6: Does each RO system has a micro controller system? Can we edit the controlling function?
A6: Some model of the RO system has micro controller system, and some don't, yes, OEM functions for rinsing and controlling service is avaliable on request.
Q7: Do you provide sample for test before making the mass order?
A7: Yes, we provice OEM sample based on specific request, formal test report will be sent along with the sample, a delivery schedule will be given for mass production, sample will be charged with delivery fee.
Q8: What is the warranty of the RO system?
A8: All RO system is with basic 1 year quality warranty on its parts and accessories, free parts and components will be offered for replacement during the warranty period upon collecting the warranty proof.
