1. Can you customize products according to my own designs ? if so , what information do you need to start ?
- Yes, we can customize products according to our customer's designs and requirements. We need the following information to start :
1). The color design for your model
2)Specification request
3). Quantity
4). Packing details
2. What is your MOQs ?
- Our regular MOQ is usually 50 pcs /model/color/size.
If for the trial order, we can consider as specific situation
3. Can I get samples from you for free?
- Yes, we can offer free sample for you to check quality. If you need us to customize model for you, we will charge sample cost from you based on the raw material cost. The sample charge will be deducted if you place official orders to us. You should always pay for the shipping charge of the samples. We have special discount from the currier companies like DHL, UPS and FEDEX. So the shipping cost will not be very high.
4. What’s your sample lead time and production lead time?
- Normally we need 10 days to make samples if the raw material you requested is available in. If no material in stock, we will see.Our regular production lead time for customize design is around 30 days after payment
5. What’s your payment term?
- Our regular payment term is T/T, 30% deposit, 70% balance against copy of B/L. We can also accept L/C at sight and D/P.
6. Where is your closest exporting sea port?
-Tianjin,Shenzhen, Ningbo and shanghai port
7. Can I visit your factory before placing the order?
- Yes, you are welcome to visit our factory, and we believe it will enhance our mutual understanding after your visit.
8. How far is your company to the nearest airport and railway station?
- one hour from hang zhou airport or railway station to the factory. We can pick you up from the airport or railway station. Hotel booking service is available.
