Nucleic Acid Purification System — Auto-Pure S32
Auto-Pure S32 automatic nucleic acid purification system is a device for nucleic acid extraction and purification based on magnetic bead method. It can be used for fully automatic extraction and purification of DNA, RNA, and protein. Through the adsorption, transfer and release of magnetic beads by magnetic rods and magnetic rod's tip, the transfer of magnetic beads/samples is realized, and the automatic extraction and purification operation is completed. The operation is automated, fast and simple. Using special kits or 96-well plates, 1 to 32 samples can be processed at the same time. With different types of magnetic bead nucleic acid extraction reagents, rapid extraction of animal, plant tissue, blood and other body fluid samples can be achieved. It is mainly used for the extraction and purification of nucleic acid from human samples.
