A1: Yes, we are a directly factory with 4 years OEM for famous brand. Our production managers have more than 18 years bag making experience. They are familiar with sample making, bag craft, manufacturing technique, quality controls.

Q2: How to go to my Factory ?

A2: We are in Ningbo city, Zhejiang province.

       Beijing to Ningbo by flight;

       Shanghai to Ningbo by Bus, by Train;

       Guangzhou to Ningbo by flight.

Q3: Do you design bags for customers?

A3: Yes, We have design studio for bag and package, can offer a completely solution on bags colors, style, material, pattern printing.

Q4: Do you offer the free samples?

A4: It can be negotiated. If the bag is simple and easy to find material, we can offer free samples. But you must pay air freight.

       If the bag is complicated, you should pay the sample fee and freight. Because there are sample charge brought up when making sample. We should support each other and then win the order from final clients.

       We will return the full sample fee when placing order.

Q5: How about the sample time and delivery time?

A5: Sample time in 5-7 work days. Need details sample making instruction manual.

       Delivery time in 25-30 days after sample confirmed.

       Please confirm all details in 3 days when placing order.

A6: FOB Ningbo or Shanghai. Able to quote at CIF term service when need.

Q7: Payment term:

A7: 30%T/T in advance, 70% T/T or L/C at sight against copy of B/L. Western Union is acceptable.
