1. This machine is mainly composed of five major systems, control system, grinding system, clamping and conveying system, cooling system and receiving system. The overall structure is compact, the layout is reasonable, and the appearance is harmonious and unified.
2. Control system: select AC contactor and thermal relay protection system and ammeter display operation system, with phase failure, overload, overcurrent protection functions.
3. Grinding system: use high-speed three-phase AC motor to ensure the continuous stability of the machine's performance during long-term use.
4. The clamping part adopts imported timing belt, and the surface is adhered with PU glue, which reduces the glass breakage rate during the clamping and conveying process.
5. Cooling system: Circulating water is adopted, which not only saves water but also guarantees the cooling water quantity.
6. Undertaking system: Can choose to use row wheel undertaking frame.
