PVC door sheet and PVC door profile double color printing line
This two UV printing line is used to print patterns and coat UV varnish on PVC ceiling, door board, floor, windowsill, cabinet board and other flat panels or boards made by other materials. By replacing steel pattern cylinder, this line can print single/two color wood, marble, flower or other patterns. This line adopted converter controlled working speed, the maximum printing speed reaches 25m/min. The printer equipped by diaphragm pump can pump ink and UV varnish, we recycled via groove, which make ink mixed evenly, and no printing color difference. Each UV rolls on coater is controlled by individual motor, which can apply UV by precision quantity, by controlling UV quantity and coating speed, this line can make products have matt or high glossy or mirror like surface. This line is ideal choice of highly productively and vivid pattern achieved.
