Aerogel is a new nano material which is formed by the condensation of colloidal particles or polymer molecules, and then the liquid in the gel pores is replaced by gas by a special drying process while the gel skeleton structure does not collapse.


The unique three-dimensional mesh porous structure of aerogel makes it not only low thermal conductivity, but also sound absorption, noise reduction, pressure and impact resistance, and has the characteristics of class A fire prevention and overall hydrophobic, which is far better than other traditional thermal insulation materials.


As a new type of nanomaterial, aerogel has been widely used in aerospace, naval ships, high-speed rail vehicles, new energy vehicles, electric power, petrochemical, solar thermal, construction and other fields.

The thermal conductivity is low


The thermal conductivity is 1 / 3-1 / 5 of the traditional materials. In the same case of surface heat dissipation loss, the thermal insulation thickness is thinner, the line heat dissipation loss is smaller, the energy saving is more than 30%, and the transportation load is small.


Good waterproof performance, no corrosion
