YSH-1600 paper counting machine is a full automatic paper counting machine composed of microcomputer controller and mechanical linkage mechanism. Its main functions and features are as follows:

The machine is mainly characterized by modularization, advanced microcomputer control system and unique mechanical design concept. The machine modularization is circuit, head, vacuum generator and frame. The machine runs stably and counts accuarately. The parameter setting and function display are all on the touch screen, and the operation is simple, convenient and intuitive.

1: The alarm is monitored in real time and displayed on the touch screen at the same time, and the operation is clear at glance.

2: It is bilingual in English and Chinese, which can be converted to facilitate use in different regions.

3: The counting speed is fast, and the speed is 2000 sheets/min, which can be set arbitrarily. The counting speed can be displayed in real time.

4: Laber paper tape installation is more convenient and fast.

There are four operation modes: counting paper mode, equal quantity mode, programming mode and comparison mode. These four modes can be converted arbitrarily.

1. Counting and counting paper mode: This mode is a simple counting function. If this mode is selected, the machine will not insert the sub volume function.

2. Programming mode: this mode is the function of unequal volumes, that is, the number of inserted and signed volumes of each volume is not equal. This cycle can be set ( 2-9 times ) by setting a group ( the number of volumes of 500 volumes can be set in each group ).

3. Equal quantity mode: the quantity of each volume, the number of inserted labels and the total number of papers can be set arbitrarily on the touch screen and can be modified. The machine also has the functions of setting the initial parameters of the machine, such as label tape length, pressboard operation mode, date storage, high-speed and low-speed selection, etc.

4. Comparison mode: this function is used to check whether the quantity is correct. For example, if the input quantity is 100 sheets, the machine will automatically alarm if there are less than 100 sheets after counting.
