Product Description
The kit is used for the qualitative determination of Quinolones in muscle tissue based on the colloidal gold immunochromatography technology.

1. Store the kit at 20±5℃ (59~77℉), and do not freeze the components of the test
kit.
2. The test is valid for 12 months. No quality guarantee can be assumed after the
expiration date on the kit label.
Operation
1. Peel and remove the skin and fat from the sample to be tested, and homogenize the sample to be tested using a homogenizer;
2. Weigh 1.00±0.05g of the homogenized sample into a 10mL centrifuge tube;
3. Add 0.8mL of extraction solution A and vortex for 1 minute;
4. Add 4mL of extraction solution B, vortex for 3 minutes, and centrifuge at 4000g for 5 minutes;
5. Pipette 500 μL of the supernatant into a 5 mL centrifuge tube and blow dry with nitrogen (air) at 60°C;
6. Add 400 μL of complex solution to the dried centrifuge tube and shake well;
7. Take out the test card, place it flat on the table after opening, use a pipette to carefully absorb the supernatant in the centrifuge tube, and add 100 μL to the sample well;
8. 5 minutes after adding the sample, observe the color developing area and determine the result.
Result Determination
Negative: T Line and C Line are both red.
Positive: C Line is red, T line does not show any color or light than C line.
Invalid : Strip does not develop a C Line. The corresponding sample should be re-tested.
