We will strictly keep the same quality as sample confirmed by both of s.If any quality problems on our side were found in this period, we will send you the replacement in your next new order.

MOQ is based on your custom size and color. We accept less quantity at the beginning of our cooperation so that you can test our product quality before normal order.
Q3 : What type of certification you provide?
We provide SGS test report and ROSH certification.
Q4 : What about the delivery time?
It takes about 7 days for trial order quantity, about 10 days for a 20ft container.
Q5 : How can we get sample to check quality? And how many days?
You can send us your samples, we can copy and produce for you to test. It can be ready within 3-5 days once we receive the freight payment.
Q6 : Do you charge for samples and freight?
As per our company policy, samples will be free for 1 solid color and 1 wood grain colors. But freight will be on customer’s
account, freight charges will be returned to you in your first official order.
