Composition:
Henglian PE coated paper/PE coated board is specially designed for packaging function. It is multi-layer structure in which 3 to 4
layers are fibers made out of wood pulp, besides imported fiber containing 50% mixing together with long and short fibers, but
without any recycled fibers. There are three times coating in front side and one time coating on reverse side. Main coating
receipts are CaCO3 and Kaolin clay.
Printability:
Henglian PE Coated Cup Paper Board is made from selected quality virgin wood fiber and manufactured with the latest state of art
paper making technology at Henglian Holding Group.Its fine coating optimizes the smoothness and the glossiness of the product,with
excellent printability stage capable for presenting vivid and clear images. Ink absorption characteristic could guarantee the less
ink consumption to reach better print gloss; product has a smooth surface and screen dots restore great with even distribution of
the inks. Packaging boxes made out of this product runs smoothly on automotive packaging line and well improves manufacturing
efficiency.
Convertibility
The product has multi-players structure,with high bulkiness,excellent stiffness and excellent cup forming effect.Our cup base
paper has excelent ply bond and good PE Adhesion properties,which results in good water resistance to prevent from leaking.The
product has good forming effect.
Persistency
Well Selected wood pulp and coatings,without any fluorescence agent added,make product with excellent light resistance,prevent
fading and can withstand high temperature.
