A: One year warranty and lifelong technicial service, the seller guarantee the machines are 100% new. The above clause is ONLY effective under the machine is being properly used, any artificial misuse or destroy prepensely is not within the limit of Quality Guarantee.

Q: Payment terms?
A: Payment <=USD1000, 100% T/T in advance ; payment >USD1000, 30% T/T in advance, 70% balanced before delivery.

Q: Delivery time?
A: Generally it is 7-10 days if the goods are in stock, or it is 15-25 days if the goods are not in stock, it is also according to quantity.

Q: Installation and Debugging of machine?
A: Usually we will send the English manual and provide online help. If the engineer is required to go to the customer's location, the customer needs to pay a daily fee of 90 US dollars (tickets, eating, accommodation).
