1.DECK:

Material: 9ply 100% Canadian Maple with drop down design which provide more stability for the skaters when the player are going down from the moutain and hills.   9ply structure  can supply enough stiffness which will reduce the risk of  shake.

 

 

2.TRUCKS:

Material: ASTM356 T6 gravity casting, Size: 7.0",7.25" .  coloured powder surface .  Which looks more high grade when compare to the raw finish .  with high rebound PU bushing . 85A or 90A . 

 

3.WHEELS: 

Material: DuPont MDI high rebound polyurethane 76X53mm or 83x52mm wheels .  suggest to use the 80% rebound formula or at least use 70% rebound formula .

 

4.GRIP TAPE:  OS780 grade black colour tape .  Customer's logo can be printed on the tape or make the cutted logo on the tape directly .

 

5.Bearing :  KOSTON standard quality ABEC-7 bearing will be used . or use the best grade ABEC-11 bearing .

 

6.Bolts & Nuts:  round head philips 1.15-1.25" . black colour only .

            1. Can you make customized concave and camber for the longboard decks ?

                Yes, we can make mould to produce customized concave and camber .

                The exact tooling charge will depend on the actual designs .

                The client need to provide the 3D file or the actual samples ..

 

     2. Can you make the decks according to customized own size and graphics ?

        Yes, we are the OEM manufacturer . We are willing to make the

         customized size and graphics .

 

     3.  What  type of graphic format should be submitted in case to make my own designs ?

          It’s better in AI file or PSD , or  at least in JPEG file ,

          the resolution should be No less than 500dpi.

 

     4. How soon is the sample delivery?

         If we have the sample in stock, it can be shipped at once. For customized

         sample, it takes about 7-14days depend on the actual designs.

 

     5. How long is the production time ?

         The order will be usually ready in 30-40days after it’s confirmation .

  

     6.  Can you do drop shipment ?
