1. The main body of the multi-arch greenhouse:
the skeleton adopts double-sided hot-dip galvanized steel frame structure, and the top and side windows of the greenhouse can be
artificially ventilated or closed according to the change of weather.
(1) Roof form: double arc arch type.
(2) skeleton: hot-dip galvanized low-carbon steel.
(3) Greenhouse frame: span 8m, bay 4m, arch bar spacing 1m, shoulder height 3.5m and top height. 5.5 meters, the external shading
height is 6 meters.



2. Covering materials for multi-arch greenhouses:
(1) Top: The top of greenhouse is covered with PEP Lide film with a thickness of 0.15mm.
(2) Surrounding: The greenhouse is covered with PEP Lide film with a thickness of 0.15mm.


3. Ventilation system of multi-arch greenhouse:
(1) Ventilation at the top: There is a manual (electric) film rolling window at the top of the greenhouse with a self-locking device, which can stay at any height freely, and the film rolling stroke is more than 1.4m (8 at the top).
(2) Ventilation around: Manual film rolling windows are set around the greenhouse with self-locking devices, which can stay at any height freely, and the film rolling height is more than 1.8 meters. Every window is equipped with a 25-mesh insect net.


4. External sunshade system:
the steel skeleton adopts double-sided hot-dip galvanized steel frame structure, which has strong wind resistance, is driven by steel wire and runs smoothly. The motor adopts domestic products, and the sunshade net adopts black tiled net, with the sunshade rate of 70%. All the steel parts of the multi-arch greenhouse are hot-dip galvanized on the inner and outer walls, and the inner
and outer walls are completely galvanized, with a thickness of 0.08mm, and there is no obvious sharp burr on the iron parts. All steel pipes meet the national standards.


5.Wet curtain-fan cooling system
Wet curtain-fan cooling system is composed of paper porous wet curtain, water circulation system and fan. When unsaturated air flows through the porous and moist wet curtain surface, a large amount of water evaporates, and the sensible heat reflected by
temperature in the air is converted into latent heat of evaporation, thus reducing the temperature of the air itself. When the fan draws air, the cold air cooled by the wet curtain is continuously introduced into the room, so as to achieve the cooling effect.

 7.Irrigation system:
The function of the greenhouse irrigation system is mainly to be treated with appropriate pressurization, purification, filtration, etc., and then sent to the indoor irrigation equipment through water pipelines.
