A well-established process is the guarantee of high-quality products
1. You offer a design sketch and requirements or let us know the concept of the product and we come out a detailed PDFfile（product scope file) to present the product and send you for approval, in the meantime, tell MOQ and first sample cost
sample cost can be refunded if the order reaches our MOQ).If you have a sample already, then go to step 4 directly.
2. You Confirm the PDF file ( If there are mistakes and misunderstandings, then revise the PDF file till 100% get approval) and pay the sample fee.
3. Develop a sample according to the PDF file and send it for approval
4. Review the details of the sample to define the final version of the bag .( including color, material, function, quantity,
inspection checking list, packaging ect.)The final unit price of the bag will give out at this step.
5. after the agreement of step 4, we send PI to you for confirmation and deposit payment
6. About LOGO, we can make the tooling for you if necessary, but a tool fee and MOQ are required.
7. When we receive the deposit, we order material and make a free Pre-production sample for final checking before mass production.
8. If necessary, we also can develop packaging.
9. When production is ready, you arrange an inspection. If you are unable to arrange the inspection, then we will take close
pictures of the bag for you to review and after you received the goods, if you find anywhere that can’t match the agreed
inspection checking list, tell us, we will make up those defective bags. (it is a promise, but in fact, we 100% checking before shipping, it rarely happened)
10. After inspection, you make balance payment before shipment.
11. After full payment is received, we process to ship
12. Designs from customers are not disclosed to a third party. It remains a secret.
