A: Sure you can, for stretch tent fabric, less than 0.5 meters sample is free, for other items, less than 3 meters sample is free, you just need pay for the shipping fee. If you need more sample, please pay for sample and shipping, of course the sample charge would be returned after you place bulk order.
Q2: What is the Minimum order quantity of your products?
A: Our MOQ is 500 to 1000 meters depends on our items.
Q3: What about the lead time for bulk production?
A: It would be about 15 to 35 days according to your order quantity.
Q4: For your customer-self printed fabric, can you print for us if we need?
A: Yes, we can do your printing as you provide your design or Logo.
Q5: I would like to know your payment way?
A: Basically, we prefer T/T and L/C at sight. But for small orders, other ways are also acceptable.
Q6: How can you make sure that we will get high quality goods?
A: You can do inspection before we shipping the goods.
Q7: If we found big problem with your goods, how you will solve it?
A: If problem is really ours, we will bear our responsibility, we will compensate your loss.
