Description
1 scope of application:
This machine is designed for printing substrates that are not easy to deform. It has a wide printing range and can be used for screen printing of flat objects such as paper, plastic, glass, ceramics, metal, textiles, leather, etc. It is especially suitable for printing PCB, soft PCB, PCB liquid photosensitive glue and SMT solder paste in the electronic industry.

1. The printing head rises and falls vertically along the rear main seat, which is easy to operate and small in area. Variable frequency drive integrated worm gear motor to ensure smooth and faster lifting action; high-precision pre-pressure linear guide with "synchronous belt, variable frequency speed regulation drive gear motor, so that the whole machine is more stable and reliable, higher movement accuracy;
2. The printing table is fixed on the frame by the support table, and the spacing between the screen and the table is realized by adjusting the height of the printing boom, and the stability is better than other models. The surface of the table is made of stainless steel, so that the table is not easy to scratch and deformation, the flatness of the table is not more than 0.20mm, to ensure that the printing pattern is more uniform and clear;
3. The worktable fine-tuning and locking device are independent, which eliminates the error caused by the worktable locking;
4. The induction switch controls the printing stroke and can move and locate quickly. The screen fixing device can also be adjusted quickly, which greatly reduces the time for changing plates and trial printing and improves work efficiency;
