Principle of FYBS
The vibration force generated by the drive device of WEILIANG Gyratory Screen is a force that changes in a certain direction around a fixed axis. Its essence is the reciprocating inertial force formed by the rotation of the eccentric wheel around the fixed axis.
The WEILIANG Gyratory Screen makes reciprocating motion under the action of inertial force, while driving the material to do jumping movement elliptical on the screen. During the period, the materials smaller than the aperture of the screen enter the lower screen, and the materials larger than the aperture are discharged from the outlet after continuous tumbling and jumping movement, finally achieving the purpose of classification.
In addition, the screen surface is generally horizontal or slightly inclined (inclination angle is 0°~5°) based on the structural characteristics and working principle.
