Application:
Cigarette aluminum foil paper is one kind of aluminum foil paper for cigarette packaging, the common alloy grade and temper is 1115-O, 1235-O and 8011-O. It is used for cigarette packaging after liner, printing or painting. The thickness of cigarette aluminum foil is usually 5.8-7.5um, and paper weight is 20-70g/m2. The surface of cigarette aluminum foil paper is smooth and flawless, with flat plate shapes and few pinholes. The appearance of aluminum foil paper has neat sections, no burrs, clips, flounces, cracks, towers, loose rolls, starting bars and dents.
At present, according to the varieties, the inner lining paper of the cigarette box can be divided into aluminum foil composite lining paper, vacuum direct plating lining paper, transfer aluminum lining paper, printing lining paper, coated lining paper, film self-adhesive lining paper and sulfuric acid paper lining, etc. Among them, aluminum foil paper and straight coated paper is more than 80% of the entire application.
The functionality of cigarette aluminum foil paper includes aroma preservation, packaging adaptability and anti-counterfeiting. Preservative and moisturizing is the most basic attribute to determine whether the inner liner is qualified. The specific performance is that it can block the ingress and egress of moisture and aroma.
