Q2: Can you provide samples?

A:1) Yes, we can make the samples for you to check the quality and test the market. 
The sample is for free, and you just need to bear the freight cost. This charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.

2) Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected, or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.

Q3: What is your payment term?

A: Our payment term is 30% deposit pay in advance,balance cleared before shipment. 
for small amount less than 1000 USD, please pay 100% deposit in advance to reduce the bank charge.

Q4: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A: All products have to pass strict inspection before they was sent out.

Q5: Can you customize furniture hardware according to my design and make my own brand logo?

A: Yes, we can. But the quantity should reach our MOQ, such as 3000pcs.
