Linear vibrating screen is composed of two vibration motors, a sieve box, a screen mesh, a vibration absorbing body and a vibration damping device. The excellent horizontal motors are used as the power source to make the material be sifted on the screen while moving forward in a straight line. It can be equipped with single or multi-layer screens to achieve grading, impurity removal, powder removal inspection, washing, dehydration and other purposes.
Principle of Operation
Linear vibrating screen is the use of vibration motor excitation source, so that the material is thrown up on the screen, at the same time to do linear motion forward, the material from the feeder evenly into the screen machine feed port, through the multi-layer screen to produce several specifications of the screen, screen under the material, respectively from their respective outlet discharge. With low energy consumption, high output, simple structure, easy maintenance, fully closed structure, no dust overflow, automatic discharge and other characteristics, more suitable for assembly line operation.
