Product Description
PRINCIPLE
The material is continuously fed from the top center inlet, thereby spreading outward to across the entire screening surface. The finer particles fall through the screen, and the coarse particles successively slide towards the periphery. The material moves from the center of the screen to the edge in a spiral pattern with acceleration gradually increasing, which result effective near size screening. This sieving process is repeated on each layer, and the separated particles are discharged through the outlets.

Our engineers will adjust eccentric, radial and tangential (ERT) angular according to the unique characteristics of each material to change the retention time and movement trajectory of the material on the screen.
The adjustment to the radius of eccentric angular will change the speed of the machine’s movement. Larger tangential angular will accelerate the tangential direction and speed of material. The radial angular will affect the perpendicular motion.
Larger models （above YBS-2000） will be more obvious. If the ERT parameter adjustment is not suitable, there will be problems with the machine's motion trajectory, resulting in imbalance, lead to machine cracking, decreased screening precision, etc.
By adjusting the ERT, Weiliang YBS tumbler screen can achieve the optimal sieving effect for different materials.
