Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But we will sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
We usually send samples by DHL,FEDEX,UPS or TNT.You can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 5-7 days to reach you, subject where you are.
3. How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
4. How long is the production lead time?
It takes 10-15 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5. How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the pantone color code you need.We will match the colors.Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
6. What certification does your factory passed?
We have got SEDEX and Disney factory certification, and if you need, we will send the cerificate copy to you.
7. What test standard your products comply with?
Our products conform to EN71 and BV test standard.
8. Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?
Sure. We have a professional development team to design new items. And we’ve made OEM and ODM items for many customers. You can tell me your idea or provide us the drawing. We will develop for you. As to the sample time is about 5- 7 days. The sample fee is charged according to the material and size of the product.
9. Are you manufacturer? If yes, in which city?
