What is your MOQ (min order quantity)?
Sampling from 1 to 10 designs.
Bulk production orders, 300 pieces across ten designs, three units per size & colour.
Do you produce Custom made Designs?
Yes, we have been producing the highest grade of private label custom designs from scratch for over 11 years. It is our
speciality.
Do you offer Ready to Go Designs?
Yes, twice a year, we produce a collection of bestselling on-trend designs for you to select. All we do is add a heat press of your Logo to make the collections individually yours.
Are the prices you offer are for finished garments?
Yes, the price we offer is for a fully-fledged garment packed into a bio-degradable bag.
Custom accessories & packaging will be invoiced separately.
How long will my samples take to produce?
Samples are typically produced in 5 to 7 days, depending on our workload. FedEx & DHL come to our office daily to collect any packages.
How long will my production take from start to finish?
If selecting from our stock colours, allow 4-8 weeks, depending on the time of year & how many orders we have to hand. If requesting prints or fabrics to be imported, add 2 weeks for processing & importing.
What are your payment terms?
Sampling 100% payable on invoice via PayPal or AliPay.
Production, 50% deposit at start & 50% balance when goods are ready, via Bank Transfer or AliPay.
