Products no protective films | We have removed the protective films, clean and check quality one by one. There will be a white paper between each one of them to protect the sublimation face. |
Products with protective films | You need to remove the protective films before printing, you may need to clean them too because of laser burn traces or adhesive traces from protective films . There may still be some defective products like spots, scratch, chip, etc. |
Printing Requirements
1. Heat press temperature: 180~200 ℃, 20~60 seconds, medium pressure;
2. Different heat press machines, sublimation ink and sublimation papers, the tempreture and heat time may be different, please try several times to find the best solutions;
3. Wood products printed out after high temperature hot pressing, it's impossible to be 100% flat.
4. Please be careful not to damage the coating;
5. Be careful not to make any bumps during the printing process.
6.Do not touch after printing and wait until completely cooled before removing the tape.
