Air Operated Diaphragm pump features

Stainless Steel Pump
1. High temperature wax casting. Smooth surface and good appearance.
2. Four bolts connection design, good seal and good dry suction.
3. Origin stainless steel color. Adopt pickling and electrolytic processing.
4. Stainless steel 304 /316 pump size from 1/2" to 3".
5. Pump can supply with aluminum center block or PP center block.
6. The bolts material is SS304.




Aluminum Pump
1. Pump adopt precision casting, smooth surface and good appearance.
2. Three section manifold, Flexible installation. Also can change to be 4 ports pump.
3. Four bolts connection design, good seal and good dry suction.
4. Aluminum pump size from 1/2" to 3".
5. Pump with black EPOXY coating.




Plastic Pump
1. PP pump in PP-H material, wearing resistance, chemical resistance much better than PP.
2. The pump with PP center block, be full plastic pump, excellent chemical resistance.
3. Four bolts connection design, good seal and good dry suction.
4. PP and PVDF pump size from 1/4" to 3".
5. The bolts of plastic pump are of Stainless steel 304.
6. Three section manifold, Flexible installation. Also can change to be 4 ports pump.




PP center block
1. Aluminum center block poor chemical resistance will be corroded.
2. PP center block chemical resistance much better than Aluminum center block.
3. Our PP center block to be one-piece design with long glass fibre, strong and durable. This design PP center block much stronger than three-section design PP center block. Because three-section design PP center block remain need bolts to connect them.
4. Can supply PP center block for the pump from 1/4" to 3".




Diaphragm pump plate
1. Aluminum plate and stainless steel plate adopt one-piece precision casting, can avoid the leakage.
2. Plasitc plate increase thickness, insert with stainless steel casting parts. The whole plastic plate strong and durable. Even
under high working pressure and high temperature, also can working well.




Air valve of PP center block
1. Modular design, simple structure. Few moving parts, easily maintain.
2. Plastic parts material to be improved acetal material, excellent wearing resistance and good self-lubricating.
3. The whole air valve can directly diassemble from the pump. Repair the air vlave, no need to open the pump.
