The pellet process line uses potato starch, potato flour, corn starch, corn powder, wheat flour, cassava starch etc. as main materials, by the process of mixing, extruding, shaping and drying to produce dried double layer 3D pellets.
After changing cutting roller on shaping machine, this line can produce many innovative shapes, like Triangle, Oval, Racket, Hexagonal (Sixer), Rectangle, Christmas tree, Animal, Zig Zag, Heart etc. After frying, the pellet will expand to several times, spraying some seasoning powder will make them much crispy and savory. This line is characterized by unique technique, rational configuration, high automation and stable performance.

Controlled by PLC touch screen for a higher degree of automation and the drying time can be adjusted by frequency converter, equipped with reasonable hot air circulation and moisture removal system, optional gas/steam/electric heating source.
The modular circular groove screws combination screw, made of high strength and durable hard alloy steel, can make different types of products by combination screw; longer using time; different thread and shear section connection seamless; evolving type spline housing, strong bearing, and high assembling accuracy.
Square shape barrel, locating pin connection, Machining accuracy high; bushing material: Cr12MoV, HRC value more than 60; no gap between barrel and bushing, face clean and smooth; the outer heating ring of the barrel has an independent aluminum silicate insulation layer to avoid heat loss and waste.
