The outer shell and liner of this vaccine cold box are made of PP.
Non-toxic and environmentally friendly, anti-uv and durable, and the quality is excellent.
The cold box with same design is available in different sizes. there are 10L,12L, 18L and 30L.
This cold box is mainly used for short-distance storage and transportation of semen, as well as for the transportation of vaccines and medicines. The cooler is foamed with a sufficient amount of polyurethane(PU) and has a large capacity with cold energy supply ice packs.
The portable PCM Medical Vaccine Travel Cooler Box is provided with a double ABS buckle, with build-in metal hinges,more durable and secure.
Usage:
* Before using, wipe the non toxic sealed Ice Bricks dry, and place into a freezer until they are fully frozen (about 24 hours).
The cold box with same design is available in different sizes. there are 10L,12L, 18L and 30L.

* If using empty Ice bricks, fill with clean fresh water, firmly replace the screw cap, then follow the same procedure.
* Place the frozen ice packs into the cold box in the positions indicated, and close the lid.
* When the temperature inside of the box reached the ideal temperature, open the lid and place the contents to be kept cold in the cold transport container.

Notes:
When not using the cold box, store the Ice Bricks and water filled Ice Packs in the freezer - then they will be ready for using just when you want them.
