  Genuine leather: To keep your leather seating looking its best, avoid placing it in direct sunlight or near a heat source. Rub out minor scratches lightly with a finger. For oil-based spots and spills, wipe up any excess with a clean, dry cloth. Do not apply water. Rather, leave the spot alone: In most cases the spot should dissipate into the leather after a period of time. For permanent stains or thorough cleanings, we recommend contacting a leather specialist. 1. How soon can I see the sample?
A: 5-7 days after payment of the sample amount and postage of the sample.Sample arrival time in your city to see what logistics you choose.

2. How soon can I receive the goods after I place the order?
A: about 45-60 days to finish, 20-25 days to reach your city.A total of 70-80 days.

3.What if my goods broke when I got them?
A: there are two situations during transportation.One is that both the packing and the goods are broken.The former is our responsibility, the latter is the logistics company's responsibility.We promise: no matter who's responsible, as long as the goods are bad, we will try our best to send you new ones for free in the shortest time.

4. How to install?
A: we provide you with very detailed installation drawings. Each part has A unique number corresponding to the drawings.

5.How to get started?
A: a. We can buy our existing products without design. We can sign the contract and pay 50% of the deposit.
b. If customization is required, we will first confirm the design, size and materials, then decide the price, sign the contract,and then pay the deposit.We're going to start making products.
